Gina Shelley works for a university that has both a traditional campus and an online presence. She has Doctorate in Teacher Education and Technology and is an Assistant Professor in the College of Education’s Teacher Education Department and teaches the Educational Technology courses to both pre-service elementary and secondary teachers as well as graduate courses in educational technology. She has given workshop trainings on technology integration to the entire campus faculty of her institution and has been a leader in showcasing the integration of technology in advanced, technology-rich classrooms. She constantly integrates technology into her traditional and online courses. Dr. Shelley consistently uses a variety of Web 2.0 tools and Cloud technology to enhance her courses and improve her instruction. She has presented research papers and workshops at several national and international conferences several times on cloud computing, such as at Ed-Tech, SITE, UELMA, and EdMedia. She is active in educational technology research and loves to explore new technologies and study how teachers are integrating them into their classroom.
